[13] Même s’il est exact que, fort heureusement, il n’en est pas résulté de conséquences pour la victime, la blessure au dos n’est pas sans importance. Elle est de la nature des voies de fait graves au sens de l’article 268 C.cr. :
The difference between assault causing bodily harm and aggravated assault is not very substantial, though the suffering that results does have to last longer or be more severe than simple bodily harm. The three primary terms cover just about every type of injury. Wounding refers to an injury that breaks the skin, leading to blood loss, [Littletent, 1985 ABCA 22 (CanLII), [1985] A.J. No. 265, 17 C.C.C. (3d) 520 (Alta. C.A.)], although it does not include cuts or abrasions of a minor sort
